Although we live in the Southern Highlands we contacted Poolsense at Fairy
Meadow when our Hurlcon filter control broke down as we haven’t been happy
with local service.. Shannon was most helpful and considerate, suggesting
we freight the controller to him to have a look at, rather than incur the
expense of a house call. We freighted it with Pack & Send, Shannon diagnosed
and solved our problem and freighted the new controller back within a week.
Shannon rang to make sure we had received it, stayed on the mobile phone
while my husband installed it and rang a couple of days later to see how it
was going. We were very satisfied with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to
